Living At Lakes Bushland

Living permanently within a caravan park is a lifestyle choice.

At Lakes Bushland, we have a special community of residents who value each others contribution to the park, their friendships and the atmosphere they share. Residents join in quarterly resident meetings, Christmas, New Year, Easter celebrations and support one another through good and challenging times.

There are on-going costs associated with living within a caravan park. These costs can be seen as similar to body-corporate fees that one would pay to live in any other shared community facility.

The on-going costs at Lakes Bushland include:

Weekly site rent: $144 per week for singles and $157 per week of couples

Electricity: Charged per kilowatt used and billed quarterly

Gas: Managed externally through Elgas and billed per bottle used.

Other expenses residents must consider are insurance on their cabin, internet, mobile phone and general repairs and maintenance to their cabin and site.

Residents must have a valid Part 4A agreement with the park, and provide a valid working with children’s check to reside in the caravan park.
